About Me
I am a 20 year old Art High School graduate who is currently taking a Bachelor’s degree in music at SAE Institute.
From 7 years old, I’ve been heavily involved in music, starting with violin in 2014 and clarinet in 2015. I was involved in the string orchestra and concert bands in primary school from 2015-2017, where I then attended John Curtain College of the Arts with a specialty in music.
At John Curtin, I focused on clarinet until graduation, and joined the second out of three wind orchestras as a first clarinetist in my first year of high school. I was then moved into the senior Wind Orchestra 1 in the same year as a third clarinet, then moved up to second, then first clarinet in 2019-2020.
As part of the program, we often performed at school competitions, at most times in the premium division.
I was part of the school’s Symphony Orchestra for a year, as well as the school’s clarinet quartet “The Clarinetti Spaghetti’s”.
I was involved in two school Music Theatre productions - “Mary Popppins” and “42nd Street” - as a clarinetist in the pit.
I did an ATAR in Western Art Music in years 11 and 12, as well as a Certificate III in Music with Music Focus.

Opening Sequence
“Opening Sequence” is the first piece in the Puppet Show Collection. It introduces the story of the main character and summarises the journey taken to achieve freedom.

The Last Show
“The Last Show” is the fourth piece in the Puppet Show Collection. It expresses the emotional conflict the main character has when realising the only way to gain freedom is to fight against against everything they’ve ever known.

Puppet Master
“Puppet Master” is the second piece in the Puppet Show Collection. It focuses on introducing the main antagonist of the story.

The First Adventure
“First Adventure” is one of my earlier compositions. I wanted to create the vision of a fresh graduate exploring European countryside towns as a reward. This piece also covers the stages of becoming independent, from excitement to feeling homesick, to pushing through and becoming your own person.

Marionette
“Marionette” is the third piece in the Puppet Show Collection. It focuses on expanding on the main character, introducing internal conflict, sadness and a feeling lost.

Internal Conflict
“Internal Conflict” is a very early composition and is about how it feels to fight yourself. When your mind feels overwhelmed and you have to try and calm yourself down.
